This BMC Remedy ITSM: Process Designer course provides BMC Remedy IT Service Management users with the concepts and skills needed to incorporate best practices when installing and configuring Process Designer. This course provides an overview of Process Designer and its architecture, in addition to installation, creating, editing, and deploying processes. This course also reviews implementing processes in SRM and ITSM.
