This online course explains the features of the Self Service portal. In addition, this course explains the concepts and procedures related to the Self Service portal. These concepts and procedures will help client users to manage tickets, create Service Requests, and work with approvals, quick links, and Broadcasts in BMC Remedyforce by using the Self Service portal.
