To ensure that application administration is performed in accordance with best-practice standards, BMC Helix provides technical training tailored to the current skill levels of product administrators and consultants. The BMC Helix Dashboards 25.x: Administering Skills Assessment is to be taken by the customer and partner to check their skills for key product areas BEFORE registering for any BMC Helix Dashboards 25.x trainings. Based on an analysis of the assessment results, BMC Helix can provide tailored recommendations on which training courses can help fill potential skill gaps. The skills assessment is not an exam and is not intended to test individuals, but rather to provide students and teams with an overview of existing and missing skills, enabling them to select the appropriate training. Assessment takers shouldn´t prepare for or retake the assessment to avoid receiving incorrect recommendations.
