Agent analyzes the query's intent, determines the necessary actions to reciprocate with, and provides a tailored response or takes
the appropriate action. Autonomous AI Agents work and act with minimal human intervention. Multiple AI Agents are powered by
BMC HelixGPT in the AI Service Management and AI Operations Management space. One such agent is the Knowledge Curator,
which provides users with a conversational experience for knowledge creation and validation. Using Knowledge Curator, you can
rapidly generate high-quality knowledge articles out of cases. It also reviews and validates existing knowledge articles. This course combines descriptions of various concepts with multiple demonstrations to guide students through the use cases of Knowledge Curator.
