In this course, you will learn about the BMC MyIT Service Broker solution. A solution that offers an enterprise app store built for the digital workplace that allows you to onboard, manage, deliver, and analyze IT business services from multiple sources, both external and internal.
You will learn about four key user roles - Supplier, Service Broker Administrator, Asset Manager, and MyIT Administrator. These roles perform several tasks to onboard BMC MyIT Service Broker successfully into your environment.
