BMC AMI Security Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) is a fast, secure, and reliable way for users to reset their own IBM® RACF® password, removing the need to contact a central helpdesk or security administration team. In any large enterprise, frequent requests for password resets are a burden on the helpdesk and security administrations. At the same time, a user needing to make a request and then wait for a resolution can mean frustration and delays in essential work tasks.

In this short course, the learners will understand how to create security credentials for BMC AMI Security Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) and then securely reset or unlock a forgotten mainframe password or passphrase without contacting the security administration or the helpdesk through engaging web-based content and simulation.
