The AI Agent analyzes the query's intent, determines the necessary actions to reciprocate with, and provides a tailored response or takes the appropriate action. Autonomous AI Agents work and act with minimal human intervention. Multiple AI Agents are powered by HelixGPT in the AI Service Management and AI Operations Management space. One such agent is the Employee Navigator For ServiceNow, which is an AI-powered virtual assistant integrated with Microsoft Teams. It provides a conversational experience, helping users find information instantly and perform key actions in the ServiceNow environment without leaving MS Teams. This course combines descriptions of various concepts with multiple demonstrations to guide students through the use cases of configuring and using Employee Navigator For ServiceNow.
